Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver 50 to 75+ lbs throughout an active 8–10 hour shift.
- Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week), including 1 mandatory weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts typically begin at 7:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to pass and maintain a DOT Medical Card (company-funded).

- No junk removal experience required! We provide complete hands-on coaching in customer service, sales negotiation, leadership, and route operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver WOW Service: Build rapport with customers, explain our services, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job.
- On-Site Sales & Estimating: Evaluate job scopes, deliver clear on-site estimates, overcome customer objections, and close sales on the spot.
- Active Operations: Safely lift, carry, load, and maneuver unwanted items from residential and commercial properties into our trucks.
- Truck Operation: Drive, navigate, and maintain clean, professional company box trucks (standard driver's license required, training provided).
- Responsible Disposal: Route, sort, and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and proper waste management.
