About The Position

Service Technical Documentation Data Entry and Management • Assist with digital technical documentation o Pulling existing documentation from global resources such as manuals, procedures, bulletins, etc. o Reformatting documentation to meet OAC documentation standard o Rebranding documentation to remove global brand references and logos o Submit documentation to management for review and posting in appropriate site or portal (OnePlace, Distributor Portal, etc.) Other Projects/Tasks • Design Enhancement Management • Gang Box Certification • Service Area Clean-up/Organization • Okuma Service and Operations Meeting documentation preparation • IMTS materials preparation • Other in house/administrative customer service tasks, as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Business-Related Degree at an accredited university.
