IF SO, READ ON. This is an in-person internship where you will gain hands-on experience in an office setting! The Customer Service Intern will support the onboarding of new customers, gaining hands-on experience in project and process management within a customer-centric organization, along with improving the accuracy of our data, help to identify lost or missing sales opportunities and drive customer compliance activities. This role offers exposure to real-world business operations, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making while developing essential project management and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Current college undergrad majoring in communications or business-related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Technical Aptitude
  • Report writing/exploration
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update account information in Salesforce and SAP
  • Support sales recovery by documenting, investigating and reconciling unreported sales
  • Review and update customer information from GPO Rosters, identify and flag accounts that are no longer on the roster that may need to be moved to other programs
  • Audit, identify and close outdated cases in Salesforce.
