Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in customer operations, workforce management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing existing SOPs to identify outdated, duplicative, or unclear processes
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to document current-state workflows
  • Updating SOPs to reflect current systems, policies, and best practices
  • Organizing SOPs into a consistent, user-friendly format for staff reference
  • Assisting with version control and documentation standards for future updates
  • As part of the internship, the intern will complete a capstone project highlighting their work in SOP improvements and operational enhancements. The project will conclude with a presentation to leadership outlining key findings, updates made, and recommendations moving forward.
