About The Position

The Customer Service Intern will support XiFin’s Outsource Billing and Client Support functions by helping ensure our clients receive responsive, accurate, and high‑quality service. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in analyzing customer issues, understanding workflow processes, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges efficiently.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel or data-tracking tools
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing customer/patient calls and support cases to identify trends, root causes, and recommended solutions.
  • Develop solutions to customer issues centered around repeat or unanswered calls.
  • Contribute to process‑improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
  • Assist in creating internal documentation such as SOP’s or step‑by‑step process guidelines.
