Requirements

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college.
  • Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to Customer Service/Business Management/Data Analytics/Consumer Insights/Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify insights and recommend improvements to customer support operations.
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality training materials tailored to the evolving needs of call center agents.
  • Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and accelerate issue resolution.
  • Fielding customer service calls and tickets
  • Analyzing data and creating reports
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
