Crane Aerospace and Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Intern at our Lynnwood, WA location. Job Summary: The Customer Service Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting customer administration and sales processes. This role provides exposure to order management, ERP systems, and customer communication while assisting the Customer Service team with day-to-day activities. The internship is designed to help students apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting and develop skills for future careers in business or customer service.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned
  • This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and entering customer purchase orders into ERP system
  • Support preparation of quotes and order acknowledgments under supervision
  • Help maintain accurate customer data and files
  • Provide status updates to internal teams and assist with customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to learn customer service workflows
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned
