About The Position
Trimlight of North Atlanta is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on responding to leads promptly, consistent follow-up, and delivering a high-end customer experience from initial contact to booking consultations. This is more than a receptionist position; the individual will actively contribute to converting interest into appointments, maintaining organized opportunities, and supporting a sales process that emphasizes professionalism, speed, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is great with people, organized, detail-oriented, strong on follow-up, confident in communication (phone, text, email), and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business. This role is suitable for college students, recent graduates, intern-level candidates, or those with prior customer service experience seeking practical experience in sales support, CRM workflow, and operations.
