Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in customer service and/or healthcare
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key
  • Valid Driver’s License in the state of employment.
  • Excellent driving record for the previous 3 year period.
  • Minimum – four years driving experience with conventional vehicles (car, truck, and/or van).
  • Must not have had more than two moving violations within the past 36 months.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Data entry experience in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide patients, clients, and the laboratory team with exceptional service right over the phone!
  • Handles administrative duties that may include maintaining records.
  • Process billing claims, analyze accounts, and help callers understand their charges.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Courier duties to assist with logistics.
  • Responsible for the transfer of reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens between the laboratory and the client’s office or between lab and hospital.
