About The Position
The Customer Service Greeter at Bartow Ford will provide exceptional service to customers entering and exiting the dealership. The Greeter is also responsible for creating a positive customer experience and making customers feel welcome and valued. The Greeter promotes a hospitality-oriented environment while understanding the customers' needs and working to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Must be dependable.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person when they enter the dealership.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and partner with management to resolve concerns when appropriate.
- Direct customers to appropriate areas of the dealership.
- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver top-notch customer experience.
- Act as a team member, which includes possible cross-training for other departments.
- Ability to interpret instructions, follow policies and procedures.
