About The Position

We are hiring full-time Customer Service Government Representatives in New Brunswick. As a representative, you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity, answering citizen informational needs. You will be able to start your training and grow your career from home, with equipment delivery and dedicated support.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaker.
• Available during business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (ATL).
• High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS at home.
• Secure, quiet workspace at home.
• Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance.
• Answer questions related to administrative document renewal processes.
• Schedule in-centre appointments.
• Direct citizens to another service, if needed.
• Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
