Ziker Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in South Bend! As a Customer Service & Garment Care Associate, you'll be the friendly face our customers see when they visit Ziker. From helping customers with their garments to processing orders and assisting with wash, dry, and fold services, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, outstanding service
- Process garment drop-offs and pickups
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
- Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
- Help customers learn about Ziker services, specials, and promotions
- Answer questions and assist with customer concerns
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Balance the cash drawer and complete closing responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly
