About The Position

Ziker Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join their team in South Bend. As a Customer Service & Garment Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their garments, processing orders, and supporting wash, dry, and fold services to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within a stable, locally owned company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, outstanding service
• Process garment drop-offs and pickups
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
• Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
• Help customers learn about Ziker services, specials, and promotions
• Answer questions and assist with customer concerns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Balance the cash drawer and complete closing responsibilities
• Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly
