About The Position

HOAMCO is accepting resumes to hire two Part-Time Customer Service Facilitators. Since 1991, HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) has successfully handled every aspect of community association management. We manage over 600 communities in six states and are continuing to grow.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Comfortable with internet, Outlook email
  • Proficient with MS Office programs
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • CPR, A.E.D Training (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Have a friendly, positive attitude
  • Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greeting residents and guests
  • Answering phones
  • Processing paperwork for access cards
  • Cleaning of the Clubhouse and common areas (restrooms, gym, taking out trash and dusting, wiping counters, coffee bar, etc.)
  • Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings
