We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or account management role, preferably within a B2B or technology company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about Linux and open-source systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, providing prompt and effective support via email, phone, and our ticketing system.
  • Professionally manage and resolve client issues, escalating complex technical queries to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client communications and activities within our CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively address client questions and support their needs.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our enterprise clients.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Assist with the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
