The Customer Service Engineer is an intermediate position responsible for performing tasks related to the repair of various technology-based products, primarily in an end-user computing environment. This role involves basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities for devices such as PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. The engineer will also provide support to client-identified VIPs, respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment, and offer end-user desk-side support and other related activities.
