About The Position

Camp Bow Wow is seeking mature, responsible individuals who enjoy working with dogs. While specific dog skills are not required as training will be provided, a genuine love and compassion for dogs is essential. The company offers opportunities for career growth in dog training, grooming, and management. The role involves two primary functions: Customer Service and Camp Counselor. The Customer Service position focuses on managing the front desk, interacting with clients and their pets, handling reservations, retail, and payments, and maintaining client databases. The Camp Counselor position involves direct care and supervision of dogs, ensuring their safety and well-being, remembering dog names and behaviors, and performing general cleaning tasks. Flexibility in workdays and hours, including weekends and holidays, is required for the Camp Counselor duties. Both roles require a friendly, hardworking attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and their pets.
  • Respond to internal and external emails/voicemails.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage and update client accounts and databases.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Have daily contact with clients and dogs.
  • Perform Camp Counselor duties on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide a safe environment and proper care for dogs.
  • Monitor play areas, remembering all dogs' names and behaviors.
  • Clean up after dogs.
