About The Position

GFL Environmental is hiring a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative to join our Lloydminster team! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping schedule service, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. In this role you will experience the full scope of what we do at GFL! From service to operations, you’ll be an integral part of the team!

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role.
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using the Google suite of programs
  • Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in waste or environmental services is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Trux software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Schedule and update services as needed
  • Support billing, contracts, and reporting
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and shop staff
  • Handle account questions and resolve issues
  • Enter data and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general office and sales support tasks
  • Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry.
  • Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location.
