About The Position

A major Japanese airline located in Torrance, California is seeking a Customer Service Desk Associate to join its team. The Customer Service Desk Associate will provide customer service by handling travel-related inquiries, managing travel arrangements, and supporting company promotions in order to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment, including handsets and headsets, for extended periods
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension, listening, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and travel arrangements
