About The Position
Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. This role is in a retail shipping and business services environment similar to a UPS Store, assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and related services.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Must be able to work between two locations
- Must be available to work every Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No more than 2 employers in the past 5 years
- Previous customer service or retail experience required
- Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Process transactions and provide service recommendations
- Handle shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services
- Maintain an organized and professional store environment
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks
