As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to be the face of our company! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience in this dynamic customer and transportation role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable driving longer distances.
  • Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
  • 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
  • A 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years experience in the automotive industry
  • Valid OMVIC License (company will help obtain)
  • A passion for cars and the automotive industry
  • Experience with warranty products

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
  • Having exceptional customer service skills, where you’ll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint throughout their appointment.
  • Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.
  • Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system inside our new facility!
  • Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
