Requirements

Experience with prior auths, billing, and patient-facing communication
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
Top-tier communication and a heart for helping others

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
3+ years of experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance (preferred)

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointments, evaluations, and follow-ups
Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and detailed medical documentation
Support patients with compassion and clarity as they navigate the CRT process
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records and collaborate across teams
Stay on top of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and payer-specific requirements
