Requirements

  • Experience with prior auths, billing, and patient-facing communication
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  • Top-tier communication and a heart for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments, evaluations, and follow-ups
  • Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and detailed medical documentation
  • Support patients with compassion and clarity as they navigate the CRT process
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records and collaborate across teams
  • Stay on top of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and payer-specific requirements
