About The Position
Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Services provides clinics with both long- and short-term relief for DVMs, as well as offering a placement program for those seeking a permanent associate. We connect veterinarians with contracted clinics across Ohio, Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania who are seeking a change of scenery, additional work, or desire greater control over their schedules. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many moving parts, quickly builds strong relationships, and takes pride in being the glue that keeps our clients, doctors, and team connected.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Proficiency with computers – we use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks, and will train you on our custom scheduling software

Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules using our proprietary software for a team of relief veterinarians across multiple clinics & states
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to maintain strong, existing relationships and build new ones
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and confidently navigate last-minute changes
- Communicate clearly and proactively with both clinics and our doctors
- Administer operations including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and follow-up
- Support onboarding of new clients and associates
- Help strengthen client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
