About The Position

ProCare is the largest privately held Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services provider. Our Customer Service team assists our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy stops, etc... and, also provide language support in over 200 languages through both our bi-lingual Customer Service center and through contract interpreters. The Customer Service Coordinator is a ProCare entry level position, needing at least 1-3 years of customer service experience to be successful. This position will report to the supervisor and team lead of the assigned department.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (1-2 years)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Critical Thinking and Organizational Skills
  • Alpha/Numeric Data Entry
  • Experience with ACD telephone lines
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office applications
  • Arrive on time on a daily basis
  • Being a Team Player

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls (approx. 70% of job duties – depending on business needs)
  • Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
  • Collecting and entering appointment information
  • Scheduling rides for injured workers
  • Ability/Willingness to cross train in other departments
  • Other Duties as assigned
