The Service Coordinator exists to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading and supporting front-end operations. This role coordinates checkout flow, maintains front-end cleanliness and standards, and assigns work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations. Through active coaching, labor utilization, and customer issue resolution, the Service Coordinator drives strong customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and accountability for front-end performance. This is not a leadership or supervisory position. This is a Full Time Position. This position requires open availability from 6:00 am - Midnight all days of the week. This position will primarily work closing shifts between 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
