About The Position

The B2B Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing business client interactions, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and resolving service-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work setting.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Working knowledge of WSI B2B Logistics or Concierge process, or Project Coordinator experience working on remote teams is a must.
  • Experience of having to learn new systems and navigate them to find your answer. Not to mention, be accurate with their findings or question something that sparks doubt.
  • Experience in completing tasks as a group vs individual should be balanced.
  • Knowing how to focus and prioritize tasks with potential distractions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools is a plus.
  • Supply Chain Background would be helpful as these Coordinators need to be comfortable with the flow of logistics and operations, with relation to facility location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing service-related inquiries and providing logistics support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of shipments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, workflows, and best practices to optimize logistics operations.
  • Quickly identify and resolve service and supply chain issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment progress, and issue resolutions.
