About The Position

The B2B Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing business client interactions, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and resolving service-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential. In a typical day, while many tasks follow a set process, unexpected challenges arise daily in a fast-moving logistics operation requiring real-time problem-solving. There is heavy reliance on Excel, internal systems, and documentation to track shipments and manage tasks. The role offers a balance of working autonomously and collaborating with other teams to improve efficiency. Employees appreciate the opportunity to work independently, gain exposure to logistics operations and industry best practices, and receive guidance from supportive managers. However, challenges include unexpected duties and dynamic workflows, a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and the role being chaotic at times, necessitating effective multitasking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Working knowledge of WSI B2B Logistics or Concierge process, or Project Coordinator experience working on remote teams.
  • Supply Chain Background (comfortable with the flow of logistics and operations, with relation to facility location).
  • Experience of having to learn new software systems and navigate them to find your answer, and be accurate with findings or question something that sparks doubt.
  • Experience in completing tasks as a group vs individual should be balanced, knowing how to focus and prioritize tasks with potential distractions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing service-related inquiries and providing logistics support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of shipments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, workflows, and best practices to optimize logistics operations.
  • Quickly identify and resolve service and supply chain issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment progress, and issue resolutions.
