Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Requires good multi-tasking skills, teamwork skills, and time management skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application skills.
  • Typing WPM 40 words per minute
  • Knowledge of f iling , d ata entry , d ocument control , f axing , and c opying.
  • Software knowledge in Excel , Word , Outlook , PowerPoint , Acrobat , Java , and WinZip
  • Specialized Area knowledge in a ccounts receivable , i nvoicing , c ollections , f orecasting , i tem m aster , and m anagerial & financial reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of order picking, Shipping/Receiving , barcode scanning , Bill of Lading, invoicing, and Inventory.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 2+ years in related experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience with root cause analysis on customer scorecards.
  • 1+ years’ experience with root cause analysis and disposition for compliance deductions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Audits, prepares, and processes manual, EDI, and internet orders.
  • Ensures customers’ expectations are met and enforced by the Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, EDI, and the Marketing Departments.
  • Fulfills the sales business needs by accurately processing sales orders in the most efficient and cost-effective way, while maintaining customer expectations and demands.
  • Processes EDI and non-EDI sales and sample orders for Tier 2 customers and meets OM KPIs for Tier 2 customers.
  • Processes international shipments and associated documents such as proforma/commercial invoices, and understands OTC cycle via freight forwarders.
  • Reviews customer scorecards, definitions, and fee schedule for Tier 2 customers, providing root cause analysis for missed performance.
  • Maintains advanced customer records such as shipping addresses, item cross references, EDI Date Mapping, Store to DC Cross Reference, 855 PO acknowledgement, State to Pool Map, and IP Roll UP Exceptions.
  • Communicates order information to customers and/or Sales Representatives via phone calls, e-mails, TEAMS, and ticketing systems.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots basic issues to ensure sales orders are processed to the warehouse in the specified time.
  • Tracks shipments to ensure timely delivery by our carriers, updates trackers. as and communicates with carriers directly for shipment status and disposition.
  • Answers basic internal and external inquiries related to the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
