As part of the Ryder team, the coordinator will handle a variety of tasks including handling incoming call volumes, researching Ryder invoices and explaining charges. The Ryder Assist Now team provides an efficient way to retrieve answers to customers’ questions or resolve any issues. Your agents, not the customer, will find the correct information and connect with the right people to get precise answers.
