About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance Sales & Service, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. Hours required for this position 22- Hours per week. Location would be at 3724 Airport Hwy. Toledo 43615. Hours needed Friday 9:30am to 6pm - Saturday 8am - 4pm - Sunday 9am - 3pm - Days OFF Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday & Thursday.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
