Valleyview Co-op in VIRDEN, MB is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK – Part Time at our Virden Farm & Ranch Centre. Co-operatives exist around the world in many forms. Requirements

Strong customer service skills based on experience.
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
Class 5 license
Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.

Responsibilities

Operating the point-of-sale system, completing customer purchases and packaging
Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.
assist with ordering, receiving and displaying the product
Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube
Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale
Performs general housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, etc.) to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy
