About The Position

The Customer Service Clerk III provides customer service and administrative support for catering operations across multiple store locations. The role handles incoming customer calls and emails, enters and manages catering orders, responds to questions, and coordinates with store catering teams to support accurate order fulfillment. Experience with catering, food service, or order management software is a plus; training will be provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of previous call center, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience.
Working knowledge of MS Office, email, and Teams.
Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
Excellent written communication skills, including email correspondence.
Comfort with data entry and working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with catering, food service, or order management software; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming catering calls and respond to questions about menu offerings, pricing, availability, and order status.
Accurately take and enter catering orders into the FoodStorm catering management system.
Process order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Monitor and respond to catering emails in a timely and professional manner.
Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions.
Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
