This is an entry-level, full-time position located in Wentzville, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via chat to assist with a range of inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
  • Establish lasting relationships with customers, ensuring every chat is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Work with computers and a variety of tools to process orders, track customer details, and enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Partner with teammates to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every customer feels valued and heard.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve your role, refine your product knowledge, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable for our customers.
