Responsibilities

Communicate with neighbors via chat to assist with a range of inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
Establish lasting relationships with our neighbors, ensuring every chat is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs.
Work with computers and a variety of tools to process orders, track neighbor details, and enhance the neighbor’s experience with us.
Partner with teammates to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve your role, refine your product knowledge, and enhance the neighbor experience.
