Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our North Mankato-MN facility. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with print terminology and production processes
  • Basic understanding of graphic file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, JPEG) and how they relate to print quality
  • Experience working with B2B accounts or dealer networks

Responsibilities

  • Managing all customer communications—both written and verbal—in a professional, proactive, and efficient manner
  • Answering questions and providing guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details
  • Processing reprints, applying credits, and resolving quality or service concerns to ensure timely and accurate order completion
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow-up and regular communication
  • Handling escalations and concerns with a sense of ownership, ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple systems and functions
  • Working independently and within a team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
