About The Position

Best Cheer Stone (BCS) is a leading provider of stone materials with two decades of experience, offering affordable excellence. Our goal is to supply exquisite stone to fabricators and commercial builders globally, combining personalized service with large-scale capabilities. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts provide a wide range of stone products, including slabs, prefabricated countertops, vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels, and cut-to-size items. The West Coast facility boasts the largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops in the country.

Requirements

• Experience with cash and POS payment handling preferred.
• Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing correct changes.
• Customer service skills with ability to handle customer inquiries, solve issues and coordinate between sales and customer promptly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
• Take card and check payments through POS machine
• Turn Sales Quote to Sales Order and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Assist sales team with stock reservations and order scheduling
