This role serves as a key point of contact for students and faculty, ensuring classes and campus activities are set up for success. The assistant will act as a liaison and provide hospitality to visitors, including students and staff from other locations, business partners, and prospective students. They will also ensure campus amenities are fully supported and available to the community. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with classroom technology, room setup/breakdown, and supporting student orientations and campus events. Administrative duties include assisting faculty and student services staff with printing and organizing materials, maintaining campus areas, providing administrative support for regulatory submissions and campus operations, and undertaking special projects. The campus hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and this position is for the afternoon/evening shift, with occasional weekend shifts required for special events.
