Requirements

Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
Ability to properly identify cabinets and components associated with cabinetry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive thinking.
Ability to work in a self-managed, self-motivated team-oriented environment.
Ability to cooperatively schedule work and meetings.
Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

Handling incoming requests via email.
Supplying lead times.
Providing support to all Chadwell Supply Representatives.
Data entry of measurements provided and/or requesting quotes from vendors and ensuring all information is accurate.
Process stock orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
Work quickly to provide substitutes for items placed on backorder if requested.
Process Credit Card Authorizations on open orders.
Communicate directly with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts.
Answer the phone with a clear friendly tone.
Be responsible for reading and obeying all notes on accounts pertaining to the handling of our accounts.
Acknowledge and answer all emails as they arrive.
Remain logged into queues during business hours.
