About The Position

Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking a Remote Customer Service & Booking Specialist to provide warm, empathetic service as the first point of contact for customers. The specialist handles inbound and outbound calls, answers questions, guides customers toward booking appointments, and records customer and appointment details in the CRM. The role is full-time and remote, with a consistent schedule. Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer service or appointment-setting experience, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and guide customers toward booking.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments in the CRM.
• Meet booking goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
