Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and making them feel comfortable.
  • Whipping up craft drinks or non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Starting conversations and creating relationships with clients.
  • Generally creating a fun, welcoming environment.
  • Creating, editing, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Maintaining an efficient schedule to maximize the day for barbers and stylists.
  • Notifying grooming staff when a client has arrived.
  • Checking out clients after appointments.
  • Learning to make and serve signature drinks in the lounge.
  • Communicating with grooming staff regarding potential client issues and alerting leadership if necessary.
  • Monitoring appointment timeliness and ensuring the schedule is running on time.
  • Making scheduling alterations to get things back on track.
  • Booking, editing, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Running the bar during non-peak times when a bartender is not scheduled.
  • Creating new client profiles.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Greeting and thanking clients upon arrival and departure.
  • Assisting with membership questions and set-up.
  • Taking detailed notes in client profiles to personalize every experience.
  • Handling issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Taking and preparing drink orders.
