This role is responsible for responding to and processing different types of correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years prior experience working in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or another related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • Experience and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
  • Quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed - cable or fiber (NO dial-up, satellite, prepaid internet, or cellular hotspots)
  • Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
  • Must reside in San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities

  • Research and process returned warrants (i.e. payments)
  • Process and document new court orders and forms
  • Create new and maintain existing child support cases
  • Review and process applications for Direct Deposit and the Texas Payment Card program
  • Contact and assist custodial parents, non-custodial parents, employers, counties, and attorneys to obtain information as needed
  • Assist employers with electronic payment options
  • Conduct outreach to employers and other states to convert them to an electronic payment method
