About The Position

We are looking for motivated, outgoing Customer Service Associates to support our fundraising and community outreach efforts for upcoming events. In this role, you will conduct door-to-door engagement , connect with local residents, and promote awareness of our mission while encouraging event participation and charitable donations . Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, sales, or outreach is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform door-to-door outreach to raise awareness about our organization’s mission, programs, and fundraising events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and communicating clearly with community members
  • Build rapport through face-to-face engagement to inspire participation and secure donations
  • Accurately track donations, interactions, and outreach data
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor while representing the organization
