About The Position

This entry-level role combines face-to-face customer service, community engagement, and nonprofit fundraising, offering hands-on experience, rapid career growth, and a clear path to leadership—often within 11–12 months. If you enjoy helping others, connecting with your community, and building meaningful relationships, this role is perfect for you. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused service during residential, door-to-door outreach.
  • Educate and inspire community members about nonprofit programs, missions, and goals.
  • Answer questions, address concerns respectfully, and provide helpful guidance.
  • Encourage one-time or recurring donations when appropriate, supporting nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships and leave a positive impression in the community.
  • Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Quickly learn and master fundraising, sales, and leadership skills.
  • Grow into team leader and management roles, mentoring new associates and demonstrating leadership potential.
