Position Overview We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and events team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer support, and gaining experience in customer service, event coordination, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • No experience required – paid training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interest in customer service, nonprofit work, fundraising, or events
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and event-based schedules

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members
  • Educate the public about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and assist with follow-up communication
  • Support event staff with on-site coordination and attendee engagement
  • Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information to the public
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all events and outreach activities
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution
  • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
