The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position that will field general customer service calls/emails that come into the Inside Sales Department and work as a supporting member to the Inside Sales team. The CSA will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and work in collaboration with the Inside Sales Coordinators, Inside Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and VP of Sales. The CSA will handle Return Material Authorization requests, send Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers, send tracking numbers for shipped Sales Orders, process Sales team sample orders and Rep sample orders, field expedite requests, as well as assist in entering data and information into company MRP system. The CSA will also be required to attend daily Sales meetings.
