Customer Service Associate Full Time 3rd Shift
About The Position
Blarney Castle Oil Co. is the heart of retail C-Store operations in Michigan. Founded in 1933, this family-owned company has grown to over 1,800 team members across the state, all focused on building great customer experiences. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and building product displays. You will also have opportunities for growth within the company. This role involves stocking shelves, using basic math skills, and handling cash and credit payments. You will be responsible for safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Flexibility is key, as business needs change. This position primarily involves third shift hours.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand, bend, and reach
- Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Able to communicate clearly
- Able to build connections with peers
