About The Position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include shuttling customers. This position also ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids. The location's hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to Midnight.

Requirements

Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Self-motivated to achieve and exceed targeted goals.
Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
Ability to multi-task on computer systems while engaging with the customer in person and/or over the phone.
Proficiency in English.
Strong oral and written communication of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proven experience of working well within a team.
100% customer focus, with proven experience within a customer facing environment.
Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Work overtime as required.

Benefits

Hourly Rate is $17.00 + Commission.
On Target Earning potential of starting 2%
Monthly bonus plans
Eligible for Bonus Plans, Up to 12%
Shift differential: Employees working 6:00 PM or later are eligible for an additional $0.50 shift differential hourly pay
