About The Position

Customer Care Representative (Automotive Sales and Service Department) Join a team that puts customer experience first. At North Brothers Ford, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Care Representative to be a key part of our growing service department. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and care Schedule service appointments and ensure a smooth check-in experience Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Coordinate and manage a small fleet of loaner vehicles for customer convenience Support the service team by following processes and ensuring accurate communication Answer incoming phone leads for new and used car department What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and scripts A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Previous experience in customer service or automotive service processes is a plus—but not required.
