About The Position

The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rentals, maximizes revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections, and provides customer service and sales support. The role also includes shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids. The wage is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to perform the responsibilities.
• Ability to perform the listed essential functions, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
