About The Position

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) provides prompt, efficient, courteous, and quality service to customers in a convenience store and gasoline retail setting. Duties include operating a cash register, greeting and assisting customers, helping with fuel dispensers, handling cash, performing light janitorial work, and completing other assigned duties. The position is hourly and non-exempt, works a graveyard shift, and requires weekend availability. Responsibilities and activities may change based on business needs and organizational requirements.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor toward customers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Operate the cash register to enter convenience store and gasoline purchases; assistance is available if needed.
• Account for all monies, cigarettes, and lottery tickets on the assigned shift.
• Check product expiration dates and face off products.
• Follow proper safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with fuel dispensers, cash handling, and light janitorial duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
